Payment Schedulde

Payments are to be made according to this schedule:

1. November 15 - Deposit of $300 due with Registration
2. December 1 - $425
3. March 1, 2010 - $635
4. July 1, 2010 - $845
5. October 1, 2010 - $845
6. December 1, 2010 - $845
7. March 1, 2011 - $323

Remember that all payments are to be made out to Quest Travel Group. Credit card payments may be available, but you will need to speak with Jen in advance.

Meeting Reminder

Don't forget the last informational meeting is on Wednesday, September 23 at 7:00 pm.

You can see the registration form, brochure, and additional information before hand.

However, I would like for any interested participants to attend the meeting. If you are a teen that is interested, you will need a parent to join you.

Fundraising Cut Offs

As we already have a person fundraising (candy sales), here's the schedule of cut offs for payments and fundraising. Fundraising will not go towards your deposit, it will apply to your first (and subsequent) payments.

For Payment:

1. For the first payment - November 15, 2009
2. For the second payment - February 15, 2010
3. For the third payment - June 15, 2010
4. For the fourth payment - September 15, 2010
5. For the fifth payment - November 15, 2010
6. For the final payment - February 15, 2011
7. For incidental expenses - July 10, 2011

Further explanations will occur at a fundraising meeting to be scheduled for this fall.

Last night was our first of the two registration & informational meetings. I strongly encourage anyone who is interested in the trip to make it to the September 23rd meeting.

Informational Sign Up Meetings

If you would like more information on World Youth Day 2011 and specifically our pilgrimage, there will be two informational sign-up meetings:

Monday, July 13 at 7:00 pm in the school music room

Wednesday, September 23, at 7:00 pm in the school music room

It is highly recommended you attend one of these meetings prior to registering for the trip. Registration will open on Monday, July 13.

Welcome!

Here we are, still over two years from leaving on our pilgrimage, but it isn't too early for us to plan. In fact we have an informational meeting in the school music room on Monday, July 13. Registration for the trip will open at that point. Keep checking here, I will post information on all the trip details, payments, and more.
